Please keep flowers in water at room temperature, if possible. Do not keep in refrigerator.
Flower drop off is located in Wapella, IL
Fresh flowers need to be received within 4 days for best results!!
-
We take each individual flower and dry them completely. This take several weeks.
-
Next, we design your piece(s). You can let us know in advance if you want to approve the design. If you choose to approve it, you will receive 2 complimentary layout options. You can pick one & ask for minor changes/additions.
-
Next, we place your design into the mold and carefully pour the resin layer by layer. Each layer must be poured only 1/4" at a time and takes 24 hours to cure. Therefore, this is a very lengthy process. The amount of layers depends on how thick your flowers are or how deep the mold is.
-
Sanding, polishing, cleaning, and any final touches will be done to your pieces!
-
With every pour, we take extra time to carefully remove any bubbles that may form. We do our very best to remove all flaws, however some bubbles/debris/silica sand/etc. may still appear. Flowers tend to dry darker, brown spots cannot be reversed, & translucent spots sometimes show on petals. Please also keep in mind, epoxy will yellow some over time even though we use the BEST epoxy resin with the highest UV resistance we can! Each piece is 100% handmade and unique, no two the same. Imperfections are just part of this art! I spend a copious amount of time trying to make your piece(s) as perfect, beautiful & special as I can! My goal is to make you happy & provide you with a meaningful keepsake to cherish forever! Thank you for trusting me, I truly love doing this!!

Several months! Flower preservation is a very timely process that cannot be rushed and each order is different. Many factors play into the timeframe of your order (drying time, busy or slow season, how large your order is, how thick your piece is, etc.) therefore, it is hard to give an exact estimate.

Custom pieces cannot be returned. However, if you are unhappy or have any issues with your order - please reach out so we can make it right!
-
Yes. We use top of the line epoxy resin with UV inhibitors. However, all resin will typically amber over time as this is a natural process. To delay any yellowing, keep out of direct sunlight & heat.
-
Fresh, silk, wood, air dried.
Keep in mind these flowers may not preserve the best-
Tulips – Petals become paper-thin, wrinkle, and can lose their shape.
Daffodils – The trumpet usually collapses, and petals become brittle.
Lilies – Thick, fleshy blooms shrivel and may turn brown.
Gardenias – High moisture content causes browning and collapse.
Camellias – Thick petals often brown before drying completely.
Orchids – Some varieties dry beautifully, while others become translucent or wrinkle.
Bird of paradise – Thick floral parts don't dehydrate evenly.
Succulent flowers – Tend to shrivel because of their water-rich tissues.
We can add items into the resin with your flowers as well (photos, charms, ribbon, etc.) Contact us for more info!
